There are a lot of activities that make me lose track of time. But the one that is on top of the list is; Going through social media. Sometimes, being on social media can make me lose track of time. Activities like, Watching skits on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, watching long movies on YouTube or Netflix, working on my blog on Jet Pack app 😁

Comfort Is kind of a personal opinion. What makes me comfortable could not be what makes you comfortable. But in enhancing my comfort in my daily life, I start by prioritizing my needs. I understand what makes me feel relaxed and I do it. It could be a walk, a morning jog, exercising or any other thing.

I make my comfort a priority in anything I do and by doing so it makes me happy. I make self care a daily ritual, I make sure that my body accepts my activities. So anything I do must be in line with what my body wants. If it doesn’t make me feel comfortable, then it’s not worth dying for.

I love keeping an open mind about whatever happens or is happening around me. So, when it comes to my fear about the future and what it could possibly turn out to be, I think I’m really afraid of not being able to live up to my expectations, the expectations I had or have for myself.
